Customer Engagement Director – Hybrid Working! - MM457

Cirencester

Our friendly and thriving Saas client Cirencester are looking for a Customer Engagement Director to join their dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will take charge in all areas of improving the processes related to the b2b customer journey and ultimately, the whole customer experience.  You will not only improve on any current processes in place but bring your own strategy and ideas to the table.  You will have 3x members of staff directly reporting to you which include 2x line managers and 1x individual.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear and cohesive customer engagement strategy across the business.
- Take lead on key aspects of the customer journey, such as training and implementation of company product (software), primary and secondary support and account management.
- Leading the development and implementation of effective client experience strategies to drive engagement. 
- Implement and develop impactful customer journey strategies with the aim of maximising engagement.
- Focus on developing new and effective and ideas of ways to of cross and upsell to customers.
- Line management of three direct reports (2x managers and 1x individual).
- Lead and inspire team to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Other ad-hoc general duties to support role including reporting, administration and team support.

Key Attributes:
- Clear, confident communicator.
- Previous management experience.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent time management skills.
- Full driving licence.

Hours: Monday – Friday - 9am – 5pm + Hybrid working once trained of 2 days a week from home if desired
