Business Development Executive - CMA406

Central Gloucester

To apply although previous sales experience is preferred, it is not essential if you have the right attitude and personality. Essentially, we are looking for someone with excellent people and relationship building skills.  Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the completion of quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion.
- Often being the first point of contact for the firm for perspective clients.
- Liaising and updating Agents under the supervision of the Partners.
- Participate in Business development activities as requested, including but not limited to, visiting clients, attending networking events, organising events.

Candidate Attributes:
- You must be self-motivated and have the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A positive "can do" attitude is key.
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role preferred but not essential.
- Any experience or interest within legal, property or financial industries highly beneficial

Hours: Monday - Friday – 9am – 5pm

Salary: £25-35k + Bonus

Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday – 9am – 5pm
