Early Years Educator (Minimum qualification level 2)

Georges Playgroup are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator for a part time position, including cover of absence where required, so flexibility is essential.

We are a small charity and committee led setting who strive to give the best level of care to all children who attend.

Applicants should hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification, and have previous experience of a childcare setting, however - unqualified applicants may be considered, depending on experience.

We are looking for someone to join our team for approx 12 hours per week, with the provision to increase hours where needed in support of the settings growth, and flexibility to cover sickness at short notice.

Your duties will include ensuring the safety and welfare of the children and helping to provide a safe and educational environment for the children in our care.

You will have a group of key children and contribute towards planning as part of the group and for the individual child.
