Two x Customer Service Representatives Required to join our team.

Barnwood, Gloucester

Do you have a track record in building longstanding great relationships with your customers within the B2B sector? We are looking to expand our services department to continue in providing additional value to all our clients.

Digitel (UK) are well respected within the field of digital marketing with hundreds of local, national and international clients.

On May 14th we celebrate 10 years of being established in the field.  Although we are digital marketing experts no previous experience within our industry is required for this role, we can fully train you on what you need to know. 
What we need are dedicated, trusted customer service representatives who can hit the ground running.  To stand the best chance of success you would thrive in customer services, have a desire to get on the phone and appreciate the value of great customer care.

Day-to-day responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
• Build genuine rapport with our customers and create longstanding relationships.
• Provide customers with monthly feedback and advice provided from our technical team.
• Make proactive, well-informed decisions tailored to customer requirements.
• Making regular daily customer calls and manage inbound enquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications for this Customer Service Advisor position:

• Working history in a business-to-business customer service role.
• Polite and engaging telephone manner.
• Able to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
