Training Assistant (Maternity Cover)

HQ, Slimbridge Wetland Centre

At the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust we strive to be a great place to work for our team of staff and volunteers who are working together to build support for wetlands and wildlife.

We are seeking a proactive and flexible Training Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support in an efficient and effective manner for a period of maternity cover (up to 12 months).    This role is based within our central Training & Development team, providing a service to staff and volunteers at all of our locations.

You will have an aptitude for and be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and you will be well organised with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.  Delivering exceptional customer service will be important to you, having excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be confident in dealing with a wide range of internal and external contacts.  You will have previous administration experience, ideally within a Training Department.
