Maintenance Administrator
Full-time working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:30 – 16:30.
The salary for this role is between £26,330 and £28,960 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Administrator to join a friendly team working within our Maintenance Department which forms part of the wider Property Services team. The Maintenance Department is responsible for the maintenance of Cheltenham Ladies College which extends across a 36 acre site comprising of 15 boarding houses, a Performing Arts Centre, a Health and Fitness Centre, a number of smaller properties and College main site.
As a Maintenance Administrator you will work as part of a fantastic small team who are responsible for the maintenance and repairs of Cheltenham Ladies College Main Teaching Site, Boarding Houses, Health and Fitness Centre and any other College owned properties. You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative support service for the Maintenance Department.
