Purchasing & Sales Administrator
Gloucester
SL Clothing has been trading for nearly 25 years. We supply workwear, corporate clothing & PPE to businesses.
Purchasing & Sales Administrator.
Key Activities-
- Processing customer order requirements onto the system and ensuring details are correct.
- Daily purchasing, working with and negotiating prices and day to day communication with suppliers.
- Chasing back orders from suppliers.
- Providing regular communication and update to the customer to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
- Building relationships with customers to develop accounts.
- Preparing customer pricing & proposals.
- Communicating with the store updating when orders are coming in and going out.
We Require-
- An excellent communicator with the ability to easily build relationships.
- Ability to organize and prioritize own workload and identify any areas of issue.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
- Excellent computer skills on a sales order system with a good understanding of word and excel.
We’re offering-
- The job is based in Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth.
- Part time roll of around 25-30 hours per week. 9am-2/3pm daily.
- Which equates to between £15,769- £18,922.08 for 25-30 hours.
- Holiday will increase after 1 year, then every 2 years up to 33 days (including bank holidays).
