Purchasing & Sales Administrator

Gloucester

SL Clothing has been trading for nearly 25 years. We supply workwear, corporate clothing & PPE to businesses.

Purchasing & Sales Administrator.

Key Activities-

• Processing customer order requirements onto the system and ensuring details are correct.
• Daily purchasing, working with and negotiating prices and day to day communication with suppliers.
• Chasing back orders from suppliers.
• Providing regular communication and update to the customer to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction
• Building relationships with customers to develop accounts.
• Preparing customer pricing & proposals.
• Communicating with the store updating when orders are coming in and going out.

We Require-

• An excellent  communicator with the ability to easily build relationships.
• Ability to organize and prioritize own workload and identify any areas of issue.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.
• Excellent computer skills on a sales order system with a good understanding of word and excel.

We’re offering-

• The job is based in Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth.
• Part time roll of around 25-30 hours per week. 9am-2/3pm daily.
• Which equates to between £15,769- £18,922.08 for 25-30 hours.
• Holiday will increase after 1 year, then every 2 years up to 33 days (including bank holidays).
