HR Advisor

This post will suit an HR professional, CIPD level 5 qualified who is confident in employment law and best practise, so that that they can offer advice to manage complex cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, long term sickness, performance, change management etc) from beginning to end.

The role is a busy role with plenty of exciting and practical opportunities for the post holder to get involved with. It is essential that candidates are friendly, approachable and able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.

The Diocese of Gloucester is a great place to work offering benefits such as 27 days annual leave, a non-contributory pension scheme, an employee assistance programme to staff and their families. Hybrid working is available if preferred by the successful candidate.
