European Territory Sales Manager
Pershore
Southwest Microwave is seeking an energetic multitasker to help drive our sales growth within the European region. The Candidate should be:

- Must hold a valid passport, have the right to work in the UK and travel across Europe
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by frequently visiting potential customers and organizing face-to-face meetings.
- Deliver presentations and interactive meetings to prospective new clients and to participate at exhibitions and seminars to promote and discover new business
- Construct and implement clear business plans
- Maximize sales through a systematic and structured Sales Management process and having the drive to go out and develop new business
- Identify and understand the business opportunities creating alignment with the features and benefits of Southwest Microwave systems to the customer’s requirements
- To prepare and present an annual sales forecast to the General Manager and report against this plan monthly
- To assist with the development of business partners relationships with end users including support of the necessary processes to ensure product specification by the end users
- Providing quotations, value propositions and technical solutions to partners/customers
Essential Competencies:
- Proven experience of successful Business Development and Sales Management
- Confidence to effectively communicate and present at all levels within an organization
- Articulate speaker
- Customer Service and management skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office skills: word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project Manager. Experienced in using CRM
- Analytical skills and experience of preparing performance reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Freedom to travel extensively
- Valid full Driving license
- Ability to work as part of a small local team as well as with international colleagues
- Excellent comprehension of the English language both written and spoken
- Within commuting distance of the office located near Pershore WR10.

Salary: £45-65k pa OTE depending on experience
