Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for supporting a thriving education environment? We are seeking a dedicated Cover Administrative Assistant to join our team, delivering high quality admin support within our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the daily deployment of Cover Supervisors and supply teachers, ensuring smooth coverage across the school.
- Provide first aid support to staff, students, and visitors, prioritising the well-being of everyone in our school.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for parents, visitors, and stakeholders, embodying our school’s values, vision, and ethos in all interactions.
