Clinical Admin Manager

Stroud

Job Description

The Clinical Admin Manager (CAM) will play a crucial role supporting the overall operation of the counselling service. The position will involve working alongside Clinical Service Managers (CSMs) and Counselling Coordinators (CC’s) to ensure the smooth running of the counselling service so that clients receive a high-quality provision. This is a new role in GCS which assists in the further development of a professional, data driven service with our clients from the communities in Gloucestershire at its centre.

Following training, the Clinical Admin Manager will have a good knowledge of all processes and procedures within the Counselling Service to best support counsellors and clients with their queries. The role would suit someone who is enthusiastic about counselling provision, as well as being well organised and able to prioritise conflicting demands across the day. The role is also likely to include line management responsibilities, so experience or an interest in developing line management skills would be desirable.
