Customer Service Apprentice - £12,675.00 per year

The Role:
We are currently searching for a talented and enthusiastic apprentice to join our small and friendly sales team to develop into a skilled Fixing Point sales professional.
Duties for this role will include:
- Data input
- Handling telephone contact from new and existing customers both internal and external
- Provide an end to end customer experience
- Effectively supporting colleagues throughout the department and company
- Driving own personal growth within the department
- Monitoring and assisting in the delivery process
- Administrative duties, inclusive of filing, photocopying etc
Skills Required
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages, Particularly Excel, Outlook and word
- The ability to manage demanding work load
- Prioritisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
