HLTA (Intervention and Progress)
Gloucester
JOB PURPOSE:
To support teaching staff with their responsibility for the development and education of children, including those with special needs.
KEY DUTIES
1. To be responsible for writing and reviewing students on SEND My Plans, and communicating with parents/carers.
2. Deliver targeted interventions that support the physical, emotional, intellectual and social needs of students.
3. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the PAL team and PAL base.
4. Support key students in their personal and academic organisation.
5. To carry out any other relevant tasks as directed by the Principal or SENCO.
