Accounts Administrator (Temporary – Holiday Cover)

Cheltenham

We are looking for a temporary Accounts Administrator to join us in Head Office in Cheltenham, for five weeks as holiday cover.

The five weeks includes a handover period and is for the dates Monday 22 April – Friday 24 May.

The principle duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator are:
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Posting petty cash returns
• Raising weekly and monthly franchise invoices
• Credit control
• Daily sales reporting
• Posting sales journals
• Processing of staff expenses

The successful applicant must have strong administrative and organisational skills, be effective in their communication with a confident and professional telephone manner, and a confident user of Excel. Experience of financial systems and NetSuite is a bonus, but not essential.
