Our IT support services are key to our success - and the UK’s security. It’s a chance to learn the ins and outs of IT, in a rewarding environment.

The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for IT Support, so you’ll quickly restore service. You’ll be offering advice over the phone, instant messaging or face-to-face. Our IT Access Management team makes sure customers have access to the accounts they need across all the infrastructure, so your work will be vital. As a fast-paced, ever-evolving business, you’ll have a varied and interesting workload.

To join us, you’ll need to have a minimum of five GCSEs, grade A-C (including maths and English). A flair for working with computers and other technology, lots of enthusiasm, and a real desire to learn are also essential. Always focused on the customer, you listen hard, explain clearly, and are happy turning your hand to a range of different tasks.
