Programme Manager
Hybrid-work from home, 1 day /week in Cinderford
Wyldwood Arts is a charity based in the Forest of Dean.
We are seeking a Programme Manager who will be responsible for managing our National Lottery Community Fund & Arts Council England funded projects and the staff members leading and delivering them. These include Wyldwood’s core team Community Development Producers and Marketing Officer as well as the associate artists, producers & collaborators working on the face-to-face delivery of our community-based projects.
The Programme Manager will play an active role within the local arts, voluntary & community sector, developing and maintaining the key strategic partnerships that help our work reach and respond to beneficiaries across the Forest of Dean district. They will also work at policy level alongside our Company Producer to develop and deliver Wyldwood’s organisational strategy and business plan.
Experience, Skills & Attributes
Essential
- Experience in managing multi strand projects.
- Experience in managing people within a project structure.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, experience in co-creation is ideal.
- Good organisational, administrative & IT skills
- Experience, understanding or specific interest in community based or socially engaged practice.
Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of working in the Arts, Community or Voluntary sector.
- Located in or nearby the Forest of Dean, with some local knowledge & understanding of the communities who live here.
