Assistant Restaurant Manager
Cheltenham
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy and expanding Food & Beverage Team.
Previous experience in the role required. In house training will be provided for your own personal development including Leadership Programme and product training.
Our dining options focus on providing a produce led menu inspired by the seasons and include Tasting menus and wine flights. With classic British influences and discrete service, we pour care and creativity into every dish.
Flexible rota and will cover a mixture of lunch and evening services, candidates must be available for weekdays and weekends.
Key Tasks
- You will be a key member of the Food & Beverage leadership team, providing guests with a distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service
- You will have full responsibility of the restaurants in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- To help support and guide the team and encourage them to support one another
- You will lead the Food & Beverage team during service to ensure guest satisfaction
- You will offer expert product knowledge to guests and train your team to do so
- You will support the Management team in the smooth running of the operation
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel
- A team player with excellent leadership, organisational and time management skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can-do attitude
- Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
- Excellent spoken English and have immaculate presentation skills
- An ability to make people smile!

Salary: £25,200 plus Service Charge
