Store Manager - Womenswear Brand
Cirencester
"I have partnered with a premium womenswear brand in Cirencester who are looking for a Store Manager. This brand have been established for almost 50 years, showcasing many gorgeous collections whilst also remaining socially and ethically conscious.
This role could suit an existing Manager or someone from a larger store looking to take a step up.
A typical day will include:
- Leading and nurturing the spirited sales team and assistant managers
- Driving sales and forecasting performance
- Welcoming customers and providing a consultative experience
- Maintaining all operational standards including, staff rotas, stock takes, visual merchandising
In return for your skills and experience within retail management, this role also offers:
- Monthly commission structure
- Generous clothing allowance
