Business Development Consultant/Client Services Manager/Customer Account Manager - up to £34,000pa plus benefits
Gloucester
We are looking for a talented Business Development Consultant/Client Services Manager/Customer Account Manager to work with our stakeholders on a regional basis, providing motivational support, guidance and criteria in which stakeholders should operate.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Work with the Franchise Network to monitor compliance across the services delivered, ensuring standards and legislative requirements are met
Provide first level support on behalf of the company in the areas of business, education, marketing and software
Coach and develop new and existing franchisees, promoting best practice and continual improvement
Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships across all functions and with key stakeholders
Attend regular meetings at head office to feed back to key stakeholders on current challenges within the franchise community
Deliver training that supports excellent customer service and brand awareness, taking an active role in the annual conference, regional meetings, UK centre visits and business development training
Maximise franchise owner account performance through the management and delivery of key performance indicators
Reporting to Franchise Services Manager
Provide Franchisees with marketing and business support

Kip McGrath Education Centres is a global provider of student education services and is looking for a well presented and customer orientated individual to work in a franchise support/business development position in its UK Head Office based in Gloucester. This is a varied role ideally suited to a person with current business experience to support and implement the business strategies and new initiatives for the company. We require a confident communicator who is adaptable and can manage multiple projects to changing deadlines. Corporate, business, marketing or educational experience will be highly regarded. Franchising is desirable but not essential.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this position you should meet the following criteria and you must have at least one of the desirable elements:
Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) working with children clearance
Able to listen and build strong relationships
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A resilient persona
A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently (self-starter) and crucially, as part of a team
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Sound planning and organisational skills
A strong work ethic
Knowledge & Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Emotionally Intelligent
Able to work under pressure with attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Qualifications:
Business/Educational/Communications/Marketing degree or similar
Desirable:
Qualified teacher or experience of classroom teaching
Experience in tutoring/education industry
