Production Operative
Tewkesbury
We’re Hiring: You could be part of manufacturing the MasterChef Award!
We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our ever-growing production team. No experience in the manufacturing industry is required, just a good working attitude and an eye for detail. At Gaudio Awards we manufacture top of the range bespoke awards in house and your role will be to efficiently manufacture these to the highest quality. You could be working on all sorts of prestigious awards such as the Radio 1 Teen awards, MasterChef, Official Charts Awards and World Rallycross to name a few.
Our facility is located in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire and houses sales, design and production under one roof.
Specific Responsibilities - You will be working under the supervision of the Production Manager performing a range of duties in the manufacturing process of building bespoke awards including:
- Assembly of polished metals and acrylics
- Sand engraving.
- Operating the laser engraver and cutter.
- Operating our UV flatbed printers.
- Managing online plaque orders for big clients and fulfilment of these orders.
- Making sure the quality of the awards are to the highest standard.
- Packing and distributing the awards across the world.
Desired Skills & Experience - No previous experience in the manufacturing industry is needed, all training will be given. You just need to be someone who:
- Has good attention to detail and ability to work to a high quality while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- ICT literate
- Good organisational skills
- Motivated, friendly and a good team player.
Benefits
- Initial salary of £23,500 - £25,000pa depending on experience. Regular pay reviews

- 24 days Holiday per annum.
- Working hours – 37.5 Hours -7:30am – 4:00pm (Monday – Thursday). 7:30am – 1:00pm Fridays
