Facilities Site Operative

We're Hiring: Facilities Site Operative - Commercial Sector 🚨

Do you take pride in keeping spaces sharp, safe, and operational? Do you enjoy hands-on work that makes an instant impact? We're looking for proactive, reliable individuals to join our team as a Facilities Site Operative in a dynamic industrial environment.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- New builds and refurbishment deep cleans.
- Industrial carpet cleaning using van mounted steam cleaning equipment, end of tenancy work.
- Enhancing the professional appearance and functionality of workspaces.
- External commercial windows and cladding, jet washing, roof cleaning and other associated tasks when required.
- Maintaining high standards across industrial and commercial facilities
- Using specialist tools and products to support site operations
- Working independently or in a team to complete tasks to a high standard
- Ensuring health, safety, and compliance procedures are followed at all times
✅ What You’ll Need:
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good timekeeping and reliability
- Experience in manual or industrial roles is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided
- Flexibility with shifts and a positive, can-do attitude
