Facilities Maintenance Operative
Cheltenham and Gloucester

We will provide a van fully kitted out with all the tools you need, plus you get to choose the workwear which you want.
As a Facilities Maintenance Operative at CCP, you will play a vital role in maintaining buildings that provide supported accommodation to young people in Gloucestershire. This is a full-time Monday-to-Friday role mostly based in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
What You'll Do
- Utilise your hands-on maintenance/DIY skills to handle emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, painting, and decorating.
- Contribute to creating safe, secure, and homely environments for those who may otherwise be homeless.
- Thrive at building relationships, be it with those you are supporting or with our network of partner agencies.
- Manage a busy caseload with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Working in people’s homes or from drop-in sites, seeing multiple people in a typical day and given the flexibility to be creative in how you manage your time.
- Embrace creativity in time management while celebrating successes and bouncing back from challenges.
