Marketing Manager
Forest of Dean

At TIC+, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as
offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We
work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to
appropriate support according to their needs.
A new position has become available within our Marketing team. As an integral part
of our team, you will work with the Marketing and Communication Lead to develop
and deliver marketing strategies across a wide range of disciplines including digital
and social media, internal comms, brand marketing and management, advertising
and support to donor/funder engagement. This will include production of content,
collateral and materials.
With that in mind, the ideal candidate will be a great communicator. Whether it’s
conversation or correspondence, you must be clear, tenacious, accurate.

Place of Work:
TIC+, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0DD.
You may also be required to attend TIC+ meetings and training related to the post
at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to
work outside the UK.
Terms: Permanent, subject to a satisfactory 6-month probationary period.
Rate of Pay:
Rate of pay whole time equivalent (pro rata for part time employees). Salary is dependent on
experience.
