Role Description
Title; Jewellery and Watch Sales Consultant
Place of work: Beards Cheltenham
42.5 hours/week
Reporting to Department Manager

This is a full-time role as a Jewellery and Watch Sales Consultant at Beards in Cheltenham. As a Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in finding the perfect jewellery and timepieces from our wide selection of luxury brands. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, building and nurturing relationships with clients, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Qualifications and Necessary Skills
• Prior experience in jewellery and/or watch sales
• Strong understanding of luxury brands and their products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and events
• Knowledge of jewellery and watch repair and bespoke processes are a plus
• Good communication skills with both clients and workshops to record information accurately
• Passion for delivering exemplary service to clients.
• Able to work to deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Accurate and efficient administration.
• Computer Literate

Salary commensurate with experience.
