Role Description
Title; After Sales Consultant
Place of work: Beards Cheltenham
35-42.5 hours/week
Reporting to Department Manager

This is a full-time role as an Aftersales Consultant at Beards in Cheltenham. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, building and nurturing relationships with clients and ensuring a seamless aftersales process. You will uphold both company and brand standards while fulfilling the following responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Necessary Skills
• Facilitate the accurate and efficient administration of booking in clients’ repairs.
• Distributing repairs to the relevant departments.
• Actively chase work to ensure deadlines are met or clients are notified
• Manage incoming and outgoing repair work
• Communicate with both clients and workshops and record information accurately
• Accurately record item details when booked in, including taking photographs.
• Process invoices, estimates and acknowledgements where necessary
• Support Sales Consultants when necessary.
• Discuss any feedback with Line Manager
• Manage client expectations and address complaints.
• Passion for delivering exemplary service to clients.
• Be flexible and fast paced and be able to work to deadlines
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Competent with computers
• Excellent attention to detail
• An interest in watches and jewellery preferred

Salary commensurate with experience.
