We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Chef de Partie.

About Stonehouse Court

Stonehouse Court Hotel is a 36 bedroom, country house hotel, with a huge emphasis on Food & Beverage. The hotel comprises of a 60 seater Brasserie which is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, as well as casual dining in the Bar and an outside dining space of a further 60 covers. The hotel also has a large client base for conferences and events, with daily corporate meetings, as well as weekly large events including approximately 60 weddings per year.

About The Team

The succesful candidate will be joining a well established team throughout. Within the kitchen, the successful candidate will work directly underneath our Head Chef and Sous Chef, and alongside two other Chef de Parties, and 4 Apprentice Chefs.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team. 

Duties will include:

Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
Ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
To support the achievement of budget food gross profit.
To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the Kitchen operation.
To ensure the Company Healthy and safety, food safety and COSHH legislation is adhered to.

Salary: £28,000

Hours Per Week: 40
