Cheltenham Festival Raceday Team - 11th - 14th March 2025 – Redcoats

Join our team at Cheltenham Racecourse and help deliver extraordinary memories for our visitors over four days of racing. Be a part of the main event of the National Hunt calendar. Each candidate must be available to work from 11th - 14th March 2025.

You could be helping with ticket scanning, greeting people on arrival, directing people, manning gates, delivering race cards or a host of other customer focused roles.

Redcoat Recruitment Day

Successful candidates will be invited to join us at Cheltenham Racecourse for one of our Redcoat Recruitment days. The day will involve a face-to-face interview with one of the operations team to discuss the positions we have available, learn about what is expected over the four days and take the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Benefits:

- £11.44 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay

- 1 extra hour supplement for each day worked of The Festival

- Guaranteed minimum 6 hour shift

- Staff uniform (redcoat, tie, neck scarf for ladies)
