Bindery Assistant

Gloucester

The position is required to assist in the bindery department producing a high quality end product.  The position is full time 37.5 hrs per week.

Below are some of the duties required:
• Ensure that production goals are achieved
• Assist on machines, Padding, hand folding, glueing, drilling
• General handwork
• Understanding of numbered work
• May run other equipment as assigned by the manager (Drill, Set Master etc)
• Perform other related duties and participates in projects as required
• Follows all safety policies and procedures and documented processes as defined in Quality Manuals
• Undertakes training appropriate to the role

Previous experience in the bindery department or work in a printing environment is preferred.  You must be able to work in a team environment and be able to work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
