Junior Accounts Assistant - Hunter Gatherer Group

Job Description
As part of our Pay and Bill team, you will be working with our Sales and Compliance teams to ensure the accurate and timely payment and invoicing of our contractor timesheets.
You will also be working closely with our credit control team to help resolve any payment/ billing queries that may arise.
Duties include:
- Validate, pay and bill all approved timesheets for our weekly paid healthcare contractors (currently running at 650 per week)
- Handle timesheet and pay queries from our contractors, taking ownership and following through to a resolution.
- Work with our clients & sales team to ensure the correct billing of our invoices.
- Oversee any bespoke billing arrangements.
- Maintain and build professional relationships with our clients and sales team.
- Prepare weekly payments runs, loading payment files on to our banking system.
- Providing weekly margin reports to the management team.
Profile
- Entry level position – no previous accounts experience required.
- Full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills required to deal directly with our contractors and sales team efficiently.
