Senior Accounts Assistant
Our Financial Services client is looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their Swindon office, supporting the team with all aspects of the day to day running of an accounting practice. There is plenty of scope to grow professionally with this company, so this would suit an ambitious and eager finance professional looking for their next opportunity, with a supportive and collaborative team.
The Senoior Accounts Assistant will:
·Provide assistance with financial document preparation, handling accounts payable and receivable
·Carry out bank reconciliations
·Process payroll
·Use QuickBooks and Xero whilst inputting information accurately
·Deliver excellent customer service via email and over the telephone with clients
·Carry out administrative duties around the office as required, embodying the team effort approach
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant with:
·A solid background familiarity with basic accounting principles, demonstrable through work experience in a similar role
·Experience using accounting software - ideally QuickBooks and Xero
·A head for numbers and excellent attention to detail
·Outstanding organisation, with the ability to prioritise their own workload
·An eager approach to work and team player attitude

This is a full-time role offering a salary in the region of £35,000 - 45,000pa plus benefits including private medical insurance and free on-site parking, as well as great opportunities for professional and personal development.
