Service Contracts Coordinator - ESS6749Y

LOCATION: Charfield
   START DATE: ASAP
   PAY: £25,000 - £28,000 Depending on experience
   PERMANENT
   WORKING HOURS:  37.5 hours Mon-Thurs 8.45am to 5.00pm
   Fri – 8.45am to 4.00pm (7.45am 1 day Per week Start -agreed with manager)

Vacancy – Service Contracts Coordinator

ESS Employment Ltd are looking to employ a Service Contracts Coordinator to work with an established client. The successful candidate will carry out service contract and day to day administrative tasks in support of company sales and by doing so, to contribute to the success of the company.

   Duties for the role:
• Produce service contract quotations for new customers and service contract renewals
• Act as the customer contact point for contract queries
• Set up new contracts and renewals using our company software package
• Assist in the scheduling of service work, ensuring all jobs are fully resourced
• Complete and invoice contract jobs (including processing of job paperwork)
• Book accommodation/travel when required.
• Answer customer telephone queries ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved
• Comply with all ISO 9001 policies and procedures
• Complete the company's standard administrative documentation
• Participate in any other duties deemed appropriate
• Attend training courses to improve knowledge and understanding of products, services and the water treatment industry
• Maintain personal training records

   The successful candidate:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• A high standard of written and spoken English.
• Excellent IT skills – especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Well organised and conscientious with a high attention to detail.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and within a team environment.
• Has at least 3 years administration experience
• Previous experience within the water hygiene/treatment industry (Desired but not essential)
