About the Role
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join us to support the Foster Carer Panel Team. The role includes accurately recording the minutes at Foster Carer Panel meetings and assisting with administrative tasks related to the Panel meetings as required. The meetings are a combination of face to face and virtual via MS Teams.
The role is for 37 hours per week, based in Shire Hall, Gloucester and you will be required to attend the office for induction, training, team working and face to face meetings.
Duties will include:-

Coordinating meetings

Updating invitations to relevant professionals

Collating information prior to meetings
-
Attending meetings face to face or via MS Teams

Typing contemporaneous minutes
-
Updating tracking spreadsheets using Excel
-
Distributing paperwork and minutes via SharePoint
About You
We are looking for applicants who have excellent organisation and minute taking skills and an understanding of working in a confidential office environment. You will have strong IT and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines. You will be working with internal colleagues at different levels of the organisation.
