About the Role
We are looking to recruit an additional part time team administrator working 17 hours per week, across Wednesday-Friday, to provide a variety of administrative support to the Family Together Team and offer some dedicated project support to wider teams within Children’s Service. The Family Together Team, are a large team of family support workers aiming to minimise the need for children to be accommodated in care, wherever safe to do so. We also reunify children back to their parent’s care or stepping down from residential care to a foster carer in an evidence-based manner to maximize permanence and achieve better outcomes for our children.
Duties will include: -
- Providing a good level of customer service
- Utilising our bespoke database Liquid Logic (training will be provided)
- Updating and monitoring data on spreadsheets using Excel
- Preparing documents using Microsoft Word
- Booking meetings using Microsoft Teams and our internal room booking system
- Processing finance requests
- Working independently on various projects
