- Job Type: Full-time 9am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Cheltenham
- Salary: Up to £32k dependent upon experience + discretionary annual bonus

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to work as part of a team of 6/7 provide comprehensive admin support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles, with exceptional organisational skills and a clear understanding of the processes required to deliver a professional secretarial service within the professional services industry.
Day to Day of the role:- Manage calendars and inboxes, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, including logistics for events, training, conferences, and seminars.
- Organise and book business travel and accommodation.
- Administer new client setups, adhering to all compliance requirements.
- Produce and proofread documents such as reports, letters, and pitches.
- Update contact data and maintain accurate record-keeping.
- Create purchase requisitions and manage receipting of services.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
- Maintain e-filing and record-keeping in accordance with service requirements.
- Submit electronic expenses and reconcile credit card statements.
- Provide insights and updates on service achievements to assist the Dedicated Service Team Manager with the development of the team and workstream provision.
- Proven experience in dedicated administration roles.
- Ability to manage calendars and schedules on behalf of others confidently.
- High standard of document creation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in data manipulation.
- Willingness to learn new technical systems and processes.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs/National 4/5s at Grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English.
- Degree-level education or equivalent is desirable.
- Background in Professional Services is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £24,000 to £32,000 Annual
Hours Per Week: Full Time
