We are looking to recruit a competent and friendly administrator to work in our small but busy service office.
Experience in a service environment would be desirable along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Excel and Outlook. Database experience would also be useful however training on our in-house system will be provided.
You will need excellent communication skills both verbal and written as the role involves consulting with customers and engineers both over the phone and by email. The ability to cope well in an ever-changing role is also essential.
We will consider both full time and part time hours for this position however applicants must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours a week to include Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Some holiday cover will also be required.
Salary negotiable depending on experience. Benefits include free parking, staff uniform and pension contribution after a qualifying period.
