Image file administrator
Stonehouse
Harper Field Auctioneers & Valuers are recruiting for an image file administrator to join their small, dedicated team.
Working to deadlines, you will be required to manage images for the online catalogues, duties will include editing and collating large numbers of image files.
The day-to-day office environment is a very busy one, hence as well as duties relating to image files you may be required to help out with day-to-day administration tasks, particularly during busy auction sale weeks.
A flexible approach to working hours is essential, pre-sale preparation and sale days will often require a later finish.
Core hours of work are Monday-Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-4. We are looking for 2 to 3 days per week, the working hours possibly flexible within our core opening times.
Skills & Attributes
• Excellent attention to detail
• A good level of IT knowledge, with experience of handling image files would be helpful but not essential
• Experience in a customer facing role
