Sales Administrator - AT348

Tetbury

Our estate agency client based in Tetbury have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their close-knit and friendly team on a permanent basis.

This is a front of house administration role, you will be dealing with the public face-to-face and on the telephone daily. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is keen and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up new property files
- Producing property brochures
- Invoicing exchanges
- Producing sale agreed paperwork
- Price changes
- Maintaining and creating window displays
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with online and walk in enquiries
- Booking valuations
- Preparing valuation reports
- General office administration
- Assisting the sales progression team with administration duties

Hours: 8.45am-5.30pm Monday-Friday

Salary: £26,000 + 24 days holiday + pension contribution + additional holidays for long service + company profit share scheme
