Customer Sales Administrator
Toddington, Cheltenham (Moving to Ashchurch April 2025)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Sales Administrator to join our friendly team in Toddington, Cheltenham. This is an office-based role, with a planned move to Ashchurch in April 2025. If you enjoy helping customers, have great attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support – Answering phone calls and responding to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
Order Processing – Accurately inputting and managing customer orders.
Quotations – Preparing and sending small quotations to customers.
General Administration – Handling various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent Communication Skills – Confident and professional phone manner.
Organised & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer-Focused – A positive attitude with a commitment to great service.
IT Skills – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order-processing software.
Team Player – Works well with colleagues and contributes to a supportive work environment.
