Coordinator (Administration)

Stonehouse, Gloucestershire

Job description:

C&G Services (Europe) Ltd are a long-established consultancy and industrial skills training company. We deliver training to over 10,000 candidates a year in, Lifting Operations, Health & Safety, Construction and Plant Machinery, Transport, Civil Engineering disciplines to all industry sectors. We design and deliver high-quality bespoke training courses and development programmes.

This exciting position requires someone who is positive, enthusiastic, accurate and computer literate, with experience of working with database programs and a desire to deliver excellent customer service. Successful GCSE results in English and Mathematics are a minimum qualification requirement, along with good I.T. skills.  This is an office-based role.

The role will require the individual to work as part of an office-based team coordinating training courses across the country. It will require the candidate to interact with management, fellow administration team members, trainers, and clients. 

A Level 2/3 qualification in Business Administration would be a distinct advantage but continual professional development is offered within the role from day one.

•  Job role:

• To support administration duties within a dynamic team to actively contribute towards the achievement of Company objectives and targets.
• To build and maintain solid business relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• To be professional and courteous and always promote the services of the company.
• To actively expedite saleable services from initial enquiries to resourcing bookings and controlling event outputs.

• Responsibilities - general:

• Manage enquiries from customers for all service provisions via email, telephone and in person and update enquiries control sheet with relevant information.
• Produce quotations, purchase orders and resource trainers, sub-contractors, equipment, accommodation, travel, and venues. 
• Data input to database, customer/awarding bodies and the gettrained.co.uk website.
• Raise necessary documentation to support training and consultative events.
• Scan and upload completed course documentation and produce certificates.
• Build professional relationships and communicate with trainers/subcontractors, suppliers, and other training companies.
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by the Leadership Team.

Holidays:   28 days including bank holidays

Salary: D.O.E. - circa £24,500 per annum

Hours Per Week: 08.30 to 17.00
