If you already work as a cleaner in Cheltenham or Stroud and would like a bit of variety, a bit more of a challenge perhaps, then this could be just what you're looking for!

If you feel ready to use your existing skills and add some online training, some emotional support and a far greater variety of help for adult clients of all ages who really need you then you may just be ready to join our amazing team as a Home Help.

If you can adapt, think on your feet, have great communication and observational skills, if you can be the eyes and ears for a family who can't be there, if you can liaise with Social Services and community healthcare professionals when needed, if you can offer that special something to enhance the life of someone who simply isn't well enough to manage without you and share that burden, then please get in touch.

This isn't for everyone. It can be challenging one day and rather routine the next. Things can change very quickly but if you can bring adaptability, a strong work ethic, a smile, a listening ear and kindness that goes the extra mile then we need you.

We offer a starting hourly rate of £12.50 from 1.4.25,  school friendly hours, bank and permanent contracts available, no weekends, evenings or bank holidays, mileage and travel time between visits paid, generous clothing allowance, pension, paid holidays and paid training. Full driving licence and use of a vehicle is essential and all staff will require an enhanced DBS with barring.
