Domiciliary Care Assistant

Due to expansion here at Care View Limited we are currently seeking a dedicated, committed and passionate Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our small friendly team. The role involves providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes. We provide a bespoke service to individuals using our service and no individual is the same. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need of assistance.
Care View Limited are on homecare.co.uk and currently hold 9.9/10 rating for the care we provide.
The position is based in these areas; Dursley, Stroud, Quedgeley and other surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, medication administration, dressing, and meals.
- Companionship to clients, accompanying clients on outings.
- Follow Care Plans to ensure individual needs are met effectively.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and colleagues.
- Help support our clients to maintain independence and provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work every other weekend along with morning and evening shifts. (Morning shifts start no earlier than 08:00am, Evening Shifts finish no later than 21:00)
- Must have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care.
- Must be flexible and work as part of a small friendly team.
- Must wear uniform stated in our Policy.
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Be a kind and caring individual wanting to help others
- Be happy to learn and develop new skills
- Have a calm ‘can do’ attitude
- Prove your right to live and work in the UK
- Attend training as and when required
Qualifications:
- Experience in Homecare is desirable.
- Ability to use IT systems for record-keeping purposes.
- A valid driver's license is required along with own vehicle.
- Proficient in English to communicate clearly with clients and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team

Pay:
- No Diploma in Health and Social care starting from £12.50- £13.50
- Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social care starting from £12.75- £13.75
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social care starting from £13.25- £14.25
