Equestrian Centre Manager
Nailsworth
An exciting opportunity for an Equestrian Manager.
We’re looking for a highly motivated, friendly and organized individual to take charge of office at our friendly equestrian center.
Key Responsibilities as follows:
- Oversee day to day care of all horses onsite
- Strong communication skills, you will be working closely alongside the MD and the warehouse manager as well as being the main point of contact for all customers
- Oversee day to day management of centre
- Promote and ensure high standards of Health & Safety are maintained
- Effective communication and reporting in line with yard operating procedures
- Monitor the yard mobile phone
- Prioritizing office duties over / yard duties
- Advertising
- Filling gaps for instructors so there is minimum productivity
- Social media / sales / contacting clients advertising were required.
- Running the office workload as required.
- Bookings System database use to full potential
- Emails
- Day paperwork for a Wednesday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday
- Veterinary correspondence
- Invoices / payments
- Payroll -Staff working Hours
- Staff holidays
- Contactors audits check / Insurance details / accreditation e.g.:
- Personal staff and contactor checks
- Managing Staff & Apprentice / Helpers
- Ensuring database and booking system is used to its full potential
- Advertising advents and promoting
