Swim Teacher
Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Cheltenham College swim school seeks to appoint a Level 2 Swim Teacher for Saturday mornings and/or Sunday afternoons.
We can consider applications from applicants who can cover one or both of the shifts.
Each shift will be 3 hours and 55 minutes.
Applicants will be confident in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, developing their swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water. They will also ensure the safety and welfare of staff and users of the centre through the operation and following of all Health and Safety procedures and standards and be aware of their personal role in managing emergencies, accident reporting and reporting of concerns as necessary.
SEQ Level 2 swim teaching certificate is essential, and a First Aid qualification is desired, however, in-house training is available if needed.
This is a term-time only role. Pay is £19.84 per hour, plus an additional; £2.39 per hour in accrued holiday pay.
