Swim Teacher (Sundays)

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Cheltenham College swim school seeks to appoint a Level 2 Swim Teacher for Sunday afternoons.

Applicants will be confident in delivering swimming lessons to all ages and abilities, developing their swimming skills, technique and confidence in the water. They will also ensure the safety and welfare of staff and users of the centre through the operation of all Health and Safety procedures and standards and be aware of their role in managing emergencies, accident reporting and report defects as necessary.

SEQ Level 2 swim teaching certificate is essential and First Aid and NPLQ qualifications (national pool lifeguard qualification) are desired, however, in-house training is available if needed.

This is a term-time only role. Pay is £19.84 per hour, plus an additional; £2.39 per hour in accrued holiday pay.
