Receptionist – Part Time
Cheltenham
CLC Health & Fitness Centre
£24,055 per annum (FTE)
We are looking for a Receptionist that gives a great first impression and greets our members with a smile. You will be a great communicator, always happy to engage enthusiastically with customers and other members of staff. Proficient computer skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Although experience is preferred, it certainly isn't required. It’s all about you and what you can bring to our team.
It is an exciting time to join us as we have made a significant investment our Health & Fitness Centre, which is open to College pupils, paying members and visitors.
Part time hours, up to an average of 28 hours per week, are available for this role, shifts operate on a 3 week rota and include a combination of early morning, evening and weekend working.
The proposed shift pattern for this vacancy is:
Week 1: Mondays 6:46 – 14:45, Wednesday 6:45 – 14:45, Thursday 12:00 – 20:00, Saturday 6:45 – 12:45, Sunday 12:00 – 18:00.
Week 2: Wednesday 6:45 – 14:45, Thursday 14:00 – 22:00, Friday 13:30 – 21:30.
Week 3: Monday 14:00 – 22:00, Wednesday 12:00 – 20:00, Friday 6:15 – 14:15.
We are able to offer some degree of flexibility in terms of contracted hours of work to meet the business needs.
