Weekend Casual Spa Therapist

Cheltenham

We are currently looking for Level 3 Spa Therapists to join our friendly team on a casual weekend basis. You will be based at the stunning 5* Ellenborough Park Hotel, and working as an integral part of the Spa.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet every guest every time making every one of them feel welcome
• Provide fast, distinctive, warm, professional and intuitive service to all guests
• Carry out beauty and massage treatments within the Spa department.
• Be a proud ambassador of the Elemis brand, carrying out treatments in a professional manner.
• To have full knowledge of the Elemis products on offer
• To retail Elemis to all spa guests
• Conduct show rounds and spa tours.
• Keep the Spa clean and tidy.
• To do the daily cashing up and banking of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience and training within Elemis
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification essential
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a positive and can do attitude
• Guest focused with a genuine passion for delivering sensational service
• Confident Communicator
• Well presented, self-motivated and good team player

Salary: £13.24 per hour plus service charge

Hours Per Week: upto 15
