SEN Teacher / Tutor

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with a strong commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team. A passion for SEN is essential, with previous experience teaching children with SEND desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a range of SEND.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and inspire students with SEND, promoting a love for learning.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to the Commission team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant SEND experience.
- Knowledge of various learning difficulties and disabilities, including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
- Familiarity with the latest SEND legislation and best practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with educational trends.
