Multi-Site Supervisor -real living wage Employer

Gloucester, Cheltenham, and surrounding areas (including the Forest of Dean)

We are seeking a dynamic, bright, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Multi-Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will work primarily in the afternoon and early evening, Monday to Friday, with occasional optional daytime work. Weekend working may be required on rare occasions, for which an enhanced salary will be paid. The hours for this role will be between 14 to 20 hours per week, depending on the needs of the staff and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff at multiple sites, ensuring they are present, meeting performance standards, and complying with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all agreed specifications with clients are being met.
• Coordinate with the office to arrange staff cover for holidays, sickness, or other absences.
• Actively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Report any on-site issues and work with management to find solutions.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks, including liaising with staff and clients.
• Attend weekly management meetings at the office in Longhope, Forest of Dean.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing multiple sites or a cleaning company.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with staff and clients.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols.
• Full driving licence and access to own transport (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Some office experience is beneficial for assisting with internal management and operational tasks.
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including staff management, customer interaction, and operational issues.
• Willingness to grow within the company and take on more responsibility over time.
