Accounts Administrator
Gloucester
SL Clothing has been trading for nearly 25 years. We supply workwear, corporate clothing & PPE to businesses.
Key Activities:
- Input sales and purchase invoices on Xero
- Manage sales and purchase ledger on Xero, manage queries/disputes
- Email customer statements
- Chase late customer payments
- Customer rebates
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Match purchase invoices to delivery notes and po’s
- Payments - supplier payment run, customer payments - process card transactions & paypal
- Bank reconciliation
- Expenses, mileage & petty cash
- Payroll - Money Soft
- Pension admin - Nest
- Manage accounts email inbox
- Open and distribute post
- Answer telephone/answer machine
We Require:
- Excellent communicator with the ability to easily build relationships.
- Ability to organize and prioritize own workload and identify any areas of issue.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving.
- Excellent computer skill with a good understanding of word and excel.
We’re offering:
- The job is based in Gloucester Business Park, Brockworth.
- Part time roll of 25 hours per week. 9am-2pm daily. Would consider full time for the right person.
- Which equates to between £16,900.00 at 25 hours
- Holiday will increase after 1 year, then every 2 years up to 33 days (including bank holidays).
